A screen acting academy designed for children and young people is coming to Brighton next year, created by James Weisz and Tyler Kennington, the school is focused on real professional training in an inclusive environment.
James said ‘Brighton is alive with creative industries, and we are delighted to be offering the children and young people of Brighton, something a little different to do on a Saturday. Take 3 is perfect for children who might not want to sing or dance, but still want to be creative and perform.’
With patrons including local actors Jamie Kenna, and Stephen Beckett – Children are promised a real-world insight into the world of film and screen acting, including visits to film sets, stunt workshops, green screen masterclasses and auditions in front of agents.
‘Take 3 is about gaining confidence, making friends, learning new skills and working really hard to become intelligent young performers. At the end of each term the work will be screened at a local cinema for all your family and friends to enjoy; I wish there was something like Take 3 when I was growing up’ says Tyler Kennington
