Founder Louise Stevenson of Worthing’s boutique marketing agency Tiger Marketing was awarded Silver in the Business Owner of the Year category at the 2026 National Business Women’s Awards on Friday 5th June 2026.

One of the UK’s most prestigious celebrations of female entrepreneurship and leadership, the National Business Women’s Awards honour the country’s most inspiring and successful businesswomen, recognising leadership, innovation and achievement across a wide range of industries. With hundreds of entrants and 12 finalists in the Business Owner of the Year category alone, winning silver is a remarkable achievement for Louise and her team.
The recognition comes during an exceptionally challenging year for Louise. Following a total hip replacement in March and a complex recovery, followed by the unexpected loss of her father in May, stepping onto the awards stage was a moment she never anticipated.
Reflecting on the award, Louise said: “To be recognised amongst so many incredible businesswomen is a huge honour, but this award really belongs to my team. Whilst my name may be on the trophy, they are the ones who kept everything moving. They supported our clients, welcomed new business, delivered exceptional work and ensured Tiger Marketing continued to thrive during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Without them, I don’t have a business and I am so proud and grateful to each and everyone of them.”
Celebrating success
The Grand Awards Celebration took place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City, bringing together entrepreneurs and business leaders from across the UK to celebrate success, share experiences and build new connections. Louise attended the evening alongside Tiger Marketing’s Executive Assistant, Rebecca Andersen.
“The atmosphere throughout the evening was incredible,” said Louise. “The conversations, the inspiration, the support and the opportunity to meet so many talented businesswomen made it a truly unforgettable experience. I’d like to congratulate all finalists and winners and thank the National Business Women’s Awards team for organising such a fantastic celebration of women in business.”
