The Mirabelle Restaurant at The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne celebrates the arrival of new Head Chef, Alex Burtenshaw, and is delighted to offer the fantastic prize of a sumptuous tasting menu for two, with a bottle of wine, worth £195.
The iconic Grand Hotel, one of the only five-star seafront hotels in the UK, is affectionately known by locals as ‘The White Palace’ and is superbly located overlooking the town’s Victorian promenade, just moments from the sea. Its exceptional fine dining Mirabelle is one of two restaurants at the hotel, and has gained an excellent reputation for its quality menus, offering a modern European menu of seasonal specialities featuring local Sussex and Kent produce, complemented by an expertly curated wine list featuring many Sussex wines.
Terms and conditions
Tasting menu is £80pp, with wine allowance of up to £35 for one bottle. Prize offered according to availability, is valid for 12 months, and excludes black-out dates: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and UK bank holidays.
