The University of Kent is offering two new professional development courses: Discover and Develop your Cultural Intelligence (CQ), and AI in Business: Challenges and Potential.

1. Discover and Develop your Cultural Intelligence (CQ) a course that will help you thrive in international and multicultural environments.
Cultural intelligence refers to the capacity to relate, adapt and work effectively across cultures and unfamiliar settings, whether locally or globally. It encompasses motivation and drive, knowledge and understanding, strategy and behaviour.
In today’s globalised world, cultural intelligence is increasingly vital for personal and professional success, enabling meaningful cross-cultural relationships, and effective local and global collaboration.
This 6-hour course is delivered online by University of Kent facilitators, certified by the Cultural Intelligence Centre.

The University of Kent offers a professional development training course on AI in Business that uniquely combines perspectives from computing, business and law, and explores the different ways that AI can be used for business optimisation, marketing and growth.
This 15-hour course is delivered in person at the University of Kent Canterbury campus by leading academics and industry experts.
