Surfers Against Sewage Beach Clean in Brighton

SASSY Cidre partnered with Surfers Against Sewage to join their big month of beach clean ups on Monday 15th April. It was followed by a delicious lunch at The Salt Room located on the seafront.

Surfers Against Sewage’s aim is to bring people together all over the UK and inspire them to work together to protect our coastlines. Squads of volunteers work year-round to pick up litter on beaches, rivers and reservoirs, big and small, with the aim of reducing plastic pollution. They do a lot of campaigning and education work in schools on the topic of throwaway plastics and environmental care.
