Neighbourhood Wardens Amplify Safe Travel Advice This Winter

Horsham District Council - Wardens - Road Safety

Our Neighbourhood Wardens Maria and Oscar were out in Horsham town centre on Saturday 9th December alongside West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and Sussex Police, continuing to highlight the importance of road safety.

A wrecked demonstration vehicle was on display to illustrate the reality of a road traffic accident. Teams had lots of vital safety information for residents along with high visibility lanyards and wristbands, great mocktail recipes and information on vehicle safety checks. The event encouraged residents to be as safe as possible especially highlighting responsible travel over the holiday period.
