Impact Advocacy 2022 questionnaire to improve health services for autistic people in West Sussex

impact advocacy autism awareness questionnaire

Questionnaire from Impact Advocacy Team Leader

Impact Advocacy are working with West Sussex County Council and the West Sussex Autism Partnership Board to make health services better for autistic people. If you are autistic and live in West Sussex they would like your help. By completing a questionnaire you can help to influence how an annual health check system specifically for autistic people would be implemented.

NHS England has committed in its long-term plan to piloting a specific health check for autistic people and, if it is successful, extending it more widely, with Sussex hoping to be one of the pilot areas.

The aim of the questionnaire is to identify the potential barriers to autistic people engaging in an annual health check system and recommend ways that these could be addressed, so that this information can be used to ensure that any system is accessible.

The following link to the questionnaire will be available until 25th July 2022: forms.office.com
