The start of Armed Forces Week was marked in Horsham on Monday 24 June 2024 with the Armed Forces Day flag being raised by Horsham District Council Vice Chairman Cllr Tony Bevis at Horsham‘s War Memorial in the town’s Carfax.
On Armed Forces Sunday (30 June) a ‘Veterans’ Village’ will be created in the Carfax area with multiple food and drinks stalls, a variety of military themed stalls and stands and a display of military vehicles from Capel Military Vehicles.
