Family searching for ancestors grave – can you help?

John Turner Esquire was born in 1793. His parents were James Turner, a timber merchant and surveyor and his mother was Mary Maria Short. His father passed away aged 55.
John owned Gravetye Manor Sussex and had 11 workers working for him. He sold it in the mid 1800s. He married 3 times; first his wife Mary Jane Clark, 2nd was Hannah Wayland, 3rd was Elizabeth Cooper. He had 13 children and lived to the impressive age of 94.

Allan and Brenda have been doing the family ancestry. There is a memorial Barnstead Churchyard Surrey. Also a plaque in St Margaret’s Church West Hoathly. The only thing they cant find is his grave. Do you have any knowledge that could help them? Please email us at info@sussexlocal.net if you do.
