David raises money for amyloidosis research

This Friday, David Tasker from Haywards Heath will complete the last of ten challenges to raise money for amyloidosis research and mark one decade since the death of his father in 2014. The finale of his epic #10for10 challenge will be an accelerated free fall skydive, attempted solo after a full day’s training in Norfolk.

David’s mission is to raise money for amyloidosis research, the disease which took his father ten years ago. It’s a rare condition that’s notoriously difficult to diagnose.

His challenges have included a round of golf as a nod to his father’s favourite hobby, a walk over the O2 in honour of Andy’s profession as a roofer, two bungee jumps, a 100km walk, a 50km bike ride, a half marathon, and this weekend’s skydive.
