Horsham District Council has launched a new app for residents which will make accessing Council services even easier from your smartphone, wherever you are, and whenever you need it.

Whether you need to check your next recycling and waste collection day, find out if an item can be recycled or not, get personalised collection day reminders or receive personal notifications of changes to collections, all this is available via the new app.

Use the app whilst on the move to report missed bins or overflowing public bins, check the latest news sent straight to your phone, book a special collection service, and look up the location of your nearest recycling centres or leisure venues. You can even check the hygiene rating of your local restaurant and café.

The app is still in development and the Council hopes to add more services in the coming year.
