Micky Culshaw is a musician. No longer at the peak of his career, he has yet to find love. After a troubled childhood, he moves to London where he meets a mysterious older man, Alex.
His world is turned upside down when the lead guitarist
of his band is brutally murdered and he finds himself accused of the killing. The story opens in the early 1980s with flashbacks to the 1960s, taking the characters up to the dawn of the new millennium.
The story deals with sensitive topics and explores the characters’ emotions and reactions progressively against the background of its setting. Misty Blue is the first part of a quartet, re-telling the same basic story from the standpoint of four of the main characters. Part 2, Rhapsody in Blue, is scheduled for release before Christmas.
