Noble & Stace chocolatiers – Award winning chocolates handcrafted in Midhurst
Its five years since Noble and Stace Chocolatiers began life in a garage just outside Midhurst. Mike (the Noble of the partnership!) started with just three products and one farmshop, but he now handcrafts over 40 different chocolates including truffles, tablettes and moulded chocolates, selling through selected local specialist shops, hotels, vineyards and of course on his own website.
Mike focuses on using award-winning local ingredients, including artisan gin, Sussex sparkling wines, coffee, ales and even mineral water. In fact his Ditchling Gin and Orange Truffles have just picked up 2 Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards!
