Exclusive never-before-tested selection of dishes
Win a chance to experience the brand new Test Kitchen at award-winning Brighton restaurant Isaac At. Taking place once a fortnight, the intimate dinner allows two pairs of diners the chance to sit at The Pass and try an exclusive, never-before-tested selection of dishes.
With each test kitchen run by a different Isaac At chef, the series enables the kitchen team to capitalise on the seasonal foraged produce that is fresh on the day whilst championing experimentation, innovative ideas and techniques.
The forward-thinking culinary experience encourages guests to engage with the chefs, become involved in the creative process of the menu development, and be part of the collaborative ethos Isaac At celebrates.
The prize will include the four-course Test Kitchen menu, and a bottle of wine chosen by the sommelier, for two people on 31st August at 8pm. Please note that dietary requirements cannot be accommodated in this particular experience. www.isaac-at.com
