Petworth Literary Festival

Petworth Literary Festival

Fun for all the family 29th October – 7th November 2021

There is something incredibly special about hearing an author talking about their latest oeuvre’, says Stewart Collins, Petworth Festival Literary Week’s Artistic Director.

And that, of course is exactly what will be happening in Petworth come the end of October. Audiences will be able to meet in person (and online) a huge range of authors that also includes Gyles Brandreth, Jeffrey Archer, historian Dan Jones, and singer/actress Barbara Dickson. Autobiography, the weather, Tutankhamun, or children’s events that include the Harry Potter wand making workshop on Hallowe’en, the Petworth Festival Literary Week promises something stimulating for everyone at that otherwise dreariest time of year.

You can win an online Festival Pass for all the streamed events (c. 30 events), face value £35. Or tickets to a quirky general knowledge quiz hosted by Andrew Pettie, the author of Listified, Britannica’s book of 300 ingenious lists that organise the best bits of our awesome world.

Fun for all the family on 6th November, 11.00am in the Leconfield Hall.
