Start time: 14:00 Welcoming Dr Tim Fooks to speak about his year as High Sheriff during Covid. We welcome new and current members on the 2nd Thursday of each month (excl. Aug) at West Chiltington Village Hall and have a variety of interesting speakers. For further information please see our website. No charge for the first three meetings. Dr Tim Fooks has enjoyed a 30-year career in General Practice and Strategic Health Management, with a particular focus on mental health and building community resilience. He has served twice as High Sheriff of West Sussex, in 2021/22 and again in 2025/26. The role is a non-political Royal Appointment, involving support for institutions and organisations across West Sussex that protect, care for and serve the local population. Dr Fooks is also a Trustee of Family Support and Patron of Acorn Counselling.
