Start time: 10:30 Pick your own sunflowers under the summer sun, in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. Somerley Fields bursts into colour this summer with its much-loved Pick Your Own Sunflower experience, set among the rolling fields of Earnley near Chichester. Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18th July through 9th August 2026, visitors are invited to wander through spectacular sunflower meadows and pick blooms to take home. The Bloom Box – a charming self-serve stem shed – offers pre-cut sunflowers for a simpler visit. Evenings come alive with a full programme of ticketed events. Saturday Sundowners bring live music and a bar to the golden hour setting. Friday Night Specials offer something different each week: a floral bouquet workshop with The Blooming Truck, a Tinwood Estate wine and cheese tasting with The Cheese Buoy, and a Paint & Sip evening with artist Gaye Clear. Wellness sessions with visiting yoga practitioners round out the programme. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to capacity.
