Start time: 10:30 Relaxed social cycling from Shalford to Shoreham with pace groups, pub stops and good company. Pedals & Pints is a relaxed social cycling day aimed at people who enjoy riding a bike but don’t necessarily see themselves as club cyclists. We’ll be following the Downs Link from the Shalford/Guildford area towards Shoreham-by-Sea, with different pace groups so less-confident riders don’t feel under pressure. It’s not a race – the emphasis is on a good route, good company and social pub/café stops along the way. Our previous Downs Link ride attracted around 50–60 riders.
