Start time: 10:00 Exhibition of nearly 200 hundred unique mini-quilts featuring UK wildlife. ‘Near to Nature’ mini quilt Exhibition and Sale. In March 2019 the Near to Nature mini quilt competition was launched locally to raise money for the RSPB. The challenge was to make a mini quilt featuring an RSPB pin badge. Unique and imaginative designs were produced based on the pin badge entrants were given. Every quilt tells a story, while collectively they showcase the talents of so many creative individuals and highlight the array of stunning wildlife the UK has to offer.
