Family Constellations is a powerful group process that explores the wider family system and the hidden influences that can affect our choices, wellbeing, relationships and sense of belonging. By bringing these dynamics into view, new perspectives and possibilities can emerge. This full-day workshop offers the opportunity to experience constellation work in a welcoming, respectful and supportive environment. Whether you come with a specific issue or simple curiosity, you will be invited to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you. Many people gain valuable insights from observing and taking part in the process, whether or not they choose to have their own constellation. No previous experience is required.
