Event Information

“Equipoise Postural Fitness” created and taught by osteopath Tim Goullet.

Tim is teaching a free trial class on Monday 31st march @11-12.

Tim has 40 years combined experience in the fields of osteopathy and sports and exercise science.

Tim has created a brand new method for improving posture and realigning the spine – equipoise postural fitness.
It is has been scientifically designed to help heal back and neck pain and improve spinal health.

Tim’s new method is unique as it is all performed in the standing position to ensure integration of the postural reflexes of nervous system into the movements.

The class finishes with a gratefully received 5 minute relaxation lying down on the back so the body can fully absorb the therapeutic effects of the class.
