Start time: 19:30 Chantry Quire present Songs of Love and Devotion at Champs Hill on 1st July 2023. Chantry Quire will be performing at Champs Hill on 1st July this year, with a concert entitled ‘Songs of Love and Devotion’. Featuring music from such favorites as Schubert, Brahms, Vaughan Williams and George Shearing, as well as Charles Paterson, the concert will be accompanied on the piano by James Sherlock. Tickets cost £20, which includes a glass of wine. People are invited to arrive from 5pm to picnic in the gardens at Champs Hill, with the concert itself starting at 7:30pm. Tickets are available via www.chantryquire.org.uk, and are strictly limited in number, so book them promptly. There will be a retiring collection in aid of the Brain Tumour Charity.
