This interactive session covers the essentials of starting and running a business, including entrepreneurial mindset, market research, business planning, legal structures, legal basics, profit & loss, cash flow forecasting, networking, and effective marketing and sales strategies. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the knowledge and tools to begin building your business plan and avoid common start-up mistakes. This free workshop is fully funded by Eastbourne Borough Council and is open to Eastbourne residents who are planning to start a business or have recently launched one and would benefit from expert guidance.
