Start your journey to becoming a certified Pilates
Instructor with our beginner-friendly course, held in the serene, park-side setting of The Pavilion in Chichester. Our fully-equipped studio offers a peaceful, inspiring space for learning, complete with small class sizes, 1-1 support, and all course materials included.

Blended Learning Format

Practical Training: Held over three weekends, each day starts with a Pilates practice and concludes with a relaxation or massage workshop.
Theory Sessions: Delivered online via Zoom on select weekday evenings, complemented by guided self-study.
