AA Hospitality Awards awarded to Ben Wilkinson at The Pass
The AA Hospitality Awards announced that Head Chef, Ben Wilkinson, at The Pass, located within South Lodge hotel in Sussex, has been awarded three AA Rosettes, an accolade awarded to the most outstanding restaurants that achieve standards that demand recognition well beyond their local area. The AA first started rating restaurants in 1955 and ever since has remained one the most well respected and comprehensive guides in the UK.
Head Chef Ben Wilkinson joined The Pass in August 2022, bringing Michelin star success and a wealth of experience from his former Head Chef position at The Cottage in the Wood in the Lake District to the Sussex countryside.
Ben, who has created exquisite tasting menus at The Pass, is also accompanied by his partner, Monika Zurawska, who leads the front of house team to deliver exceptional service and knowledge of the menu. Both are thrilled to be awarded such prestigious recognition and are excited for what the future holds at The Pass.
