Families across Chichester are invited to dive into a weekend of free fun as Westgate Leisure Centre hosts its first ever Big Splash Weekend on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June.
The two-day event is designed to help children and families discover the benefits of swimming, build water confidence and simply enjoy a day out together. Visitors can expect free taster swimming lessons, free family swim sessions and a range of special activities throughout the weekend.
Ian Phelps, Chairman for Leisure Solutions Community Trust, which operates the centre in partnership with Serco Leisure, said:
“Big Splash Weekend is a fantastic opportunity for families to come along, have fun and experience everything our swimming programme has to offer. Whether your child is completely new to swimming or looking to develop their skills, our team will be on hand to offer support and help them feel confident in the water.
