Start time: 15:00 Cream Teas on Heyshott Village Green and Orchid Walks on Heyshott Escarpment The village of Heyshott, situated under the South Downs, is renowned for its flora and fauna. 2 walks, departing at 3.15 pm and 3.30 pm respectively, will be led on the reserve of Heyshott Escarpment, which is managed by the Murray Downland Trust, to find as many as possible of the 14 orchid species on the reserve. These will be followed by Cream Teas on the Village Green. All proceeds are in aid on the historic St James church.
