Offerings include a Candy Floss Fizz, incorporating prosecco, rosé, lychee, ginger and Havana 3-year-old rum, and a Pavilion Passion, with fresh passion fruit shaken with vanilla infused Wyborowa vodka, finished with flaming rum in a passion fruit shell.
