Local author Gina French Larcombe has just launched her new cookery book which is all about preserves. Inside you will find jams, jellies, pickles, chutneys and fruit drinks as well as fruit butter and cheeses. All the recipes are fully explained along with helpful tips.
The book is illustrated in colour with photographs and water-colours by the author. There is also a fully illustrated section about herbs.
Gina has always enjoyed cooking. She has lived in West Sussex for most of her adult life and now lives in Shipley where she has become an active member of the village.
