Award-winning chocolatiers new Dessert Gallery
One thing that people have continued to reach for throughout 2022 has been chocolate! Owner and Chief Chocolatier at Noble and Stace Chocolatiers, Mike Noble, has been as busy as ever creating delicious artisan chocolates at his studio just outside Midhurst.
2022 has been the busiest year yet for the number of new products that Mike has launched, including new Easter Eggs, novelty solid chocolate collections including cars, animals and Halloween, new varieties of large Tablette, a brand new Dessert Gallery and lots of festive limited editions.
Noble and Stace also picked up another 2 gold stars from the Guild of Fine Foods in the 2022 Great Taste awards for their Brown Sugar Penuche. One of the judges said that the ‘textural contrasts were wonderful, the bitterness of the chocolate counteracting with the sweetness of the filling, both perfectly balanced and really compelling.’ Less than 10% of the thousands of entries receive 2 stars, which is summarised simply as ‘above and beyond delicious’.
Mike’s other big creation over the summer was his Dessert Gallery, which is now available online and includes 3 of his absolute favourite desserts all wrapped up in a dark chocolate shell – Banoffee Pie, Lemon Cheesecake and the classic Black Forest Gateaux. It took months of development, rather a lot of test runs and even more tasting to get them spot on, but it has to be done!
