Run 31 Miles for Air Ambulance Charity

Start the New Year with a fitness challenge by taking part in Run 31 to help raise funds for Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS).

Open to people of all ages and all levels of fitness, support KSS by running 31 miles throughout the 31 days of January – doing a small amount each day or endurance sessions once or twice a week.

Run 31 was successful last year and is back for 2022 – for people looking to start running, returning to running, staying fit or running off the Christmas excess. Whatever the motivation, taking part and fundraising for KSS is hugely appreciated.

Statistics and Event Details

It costs £15M each year to deliver the charity’s world-leading pre-hospital emergency service 24/7. 88% of this is raised through public donations and fundraising. Taking part in Run 31 helps KSS continue to deliver life-saving, critical care across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
