Digital Support from West Sussex Libraries

West Sussex Libraries offer a free Remote Digital Support service, which supports West Sussex residents with a range of basic one-off digital enquiries, such as using zoom, using email and shopping safely online.

There is a dedicated phone number and email address which is staffed by the Library Digital Support team Monday – Friday 10.00am-4.00pm. The enquiries are then passed onto the team of digital volunteers who provide support via phone or video call.

This service is ideal for those who are unable to visit the library or who do not feel comfortable receiving face to face support yet.
