Mims Davies MP Announces Headway Sussex Charities Client as Winner of her Christmas Card Competition 2023

Mims Davies MP said: “I am beyond thrilled to announce the winner of my Christmas Card Competition for 2023 is Billy from Headway Sussex!

A huge congratulations to Billy for his hard work and fantastic design.

A huge well done to our runners up too and everyone at Headway who take part in the art therapy class for their fantastic designs.

It was truly incredibly hard to choose a winner as they were all so impressive.

I am so delighted with their entries. Headway supported my dad after his brain injury, and I was thrilled to give their Art Therapy group a project to showcase their amazing talents to the Prime Minister, local residents, businesses and colleagues.”

Mims sends her Christmas card to businesses and friends across Mid Sussex, as well as up and down the country – including the Prime Minister – that features a design from some of our brilliantly creative residents.

This year, Mims chose the fantastic charity, Headway Sussex, and asked their Art Therapy class to create a Christmas design that could be on the front of Mims’ Christmas card for 2023.

Headway Sussex also offer a varied Living Well Programme for personal wellbeing including individual support to achieve independence, tailored reablement and therapy, client and Carer groups, social and relaxation opportunities together with information and advice. They are expanding their services to reach more people in town communities right across East and West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.
