Cllr Sandy Ellis, Chairman of the Haywards Heath ‘IN BLOOM’ committee says “The standard of art work we see every year as part of this project is simply amazing and this is a special year for us all marking not only the 100-year anniversary of the death of John McCrae but also the centenary of the end of World War I.

The Town Council will be honoured to display these completed pieces of art work at the Town’s Spring Festival as well as the Town Library and St Wilfried’s Church during the year as part of the civic services and events to be held during the year to honour the bravery and valour of the soldiers of the First World War.”
