Get peace of mind with Make a Will Month from Care for Veterans

In June 2019, Worthing-based charity, Care for Veterans, is teaming up with four local Solicitors for its Make a Will initiative. The participating Solicitors have all kindly agreed to waive their usual Will-writing fees in exchange for a donation to the charity.

Having an up-to-date Will is the best way to ensure that your wishes are taken care of. Without one, you can’t be sure that your money and property will be passed on to the people and good causes you care about most. We should all make or update our Wills following life events such as marriage, having children, divorce or retirement – but it needn’t be daunting or expensive.

Care for Veterans’ Make a Will Month is a simple and cost-effective process. Bookings can be made now, with appointments taking place throughout June 2019. The minimum suggested donations are £60 for a Codicil, £100 for a Single Will and £160 for a Double Will – all less than standard Will-writing fees, and 100% of which will go directly towards supporting disabled ex-Servicemen and women at Care for Veterans.

Established in 1919, Care for Veterans is a registered charity, which provides residential nursing care, rehabilitation, respite and end of life care to physically disabled ex-Service personnel and their families. By making your Will via this initiative, you will be helping the charity to maintain its vital services for those who have bravely served and protected our country.
