The elves at Care for Veterans are busy preparing for the charity’s annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday 1 December!
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, with a Christmas market selling gifts, decorations, cards and real Nordmann fir non-drop Christmas trees! There will also be festive treats, mulled wine and mince pies, Santa’s grotto, a special performance by the Care for Veterans’ Choir, and many opportunities to win prizes in raffles and tombolas!
The Bazaar is at Care for Veterans on Boundary Road, Worthing from 1.30pm until 4pm, and entry is by donation. All money raised will go towards providing the veterans who live there with the nursing and rehabilitation they need in a place they can call home.
The Worthing-based facility is a national military charity, which offers nursing and rehabilitation services to physically disabled ex-Service personnel of any age, and the charity celebrates its centenary next year.
