Worthing Stroke Club helps people who have suffered a stroke, and are asking for volunteers for transport to keep the club going and continue helping those who have suffered

Worthing Stroke Club KESTRO meets on Friday afternoons at Goring united reformed church hall from 2PM-4PM and is a meeting places for people who have suffered a stroke.

They have a short chair exercise session, chat over a cup of tea & biscuits then a speaker or games.

Kestro helpers kept in weekly contact with members when the club had to stop meeting due to Covid lockdown. They resumed in October 2021 with fewer attendees but some were eager to get out & meet up with each other.

Transport is provided by hiring a Guild care minibus but are now short of drivers. To keep the club going they need more volunteers, drivers & a transport organiser.
