A peer support group for friend and family members who look after someone with mental health issues.

Our groups are for friend and family members (carers) who look after someone who experiences mental health problems and are looking for support.

Our in-person meetings take place at Meadowfield Hospital, in Worthing, on the fourth Monday of every month from 7pm. There will be a guest speaker, who are experts in their field. In addition, peer support is provide from within the group.

Worthing Rethink is affiliated to Rethink Mental Illness (RMI), a national mental health charity. Worthing Rethink has been running for over 8 years. Everyone is welcome at our meetings and membership of RMI is not required to attend our meetings, which are free.

We also have two other meetings.

A virtual meeting held on the second Monday of the month at 7pm. It is similar to the in-person meeting in giving a warm welcome and an understanding of the problems that arise, just from the comfort of your own home. Call for more information.
