With over 30 years’ experience in the cake makers craft, Carolyn Harvey creates, designs and decorates unique cakes. As a British Sugarcraft Guild accredited demonstrator Carolyn Harvey teaches sugarcraft across the UK and has taught in Holland, America and Sweden.
