Treve Art Show with weekend art workshops
The Treve Cottage Art Show at River Common starts this year with 20 artists both local and national exhibiting and demonstrating their art from July 22nd – August 6th daily 11-6pm.
Expect to see demonstrations of wood carving, willow basketry and weaving by the artists at weekends.
They are offering free weekend art workshops to visitors of any age. This year offering pottery, felt making, jewellery, willow weaving, collograph and lithography printing. No need to book all sessions are drop in.
The event is free to enter with a wide range of artwork for sale displayed across the 17th Century Cottage, Art Marquee, Working Studios and Sculpture Garden.
This year will be showing ceramics, woodcarving, textiles, printmaking, sculpture, painting, drawing, jewellery, willow, wire sculpture, glass and weaving.
Light refreshments are available at weekends.
