This inspirational space is a delight, with plenty of areas to sit and relax, enjoying delicious teas. Interlocking beds packed with year-round colour and scent, shaded by specimen trees, inventive water feature and rill, raised fish pond and a working Victorian fireplace.

Restricted wheelchair access due to narrow side entrance. Regret no motorised wheelchairs.

Peelers Retreat is open on the following dates: 29 Apr, Tue 9, Sat 13, Tue 23, Sat 27 May (2-5); Sat 10 June (12-5); Tue 20, Sat 24 June, Tue 11, Sat 15, Tue 25 July, Tue 8, Sat 12, Tue 22 Aug, Sat 23, Sat 30 Sept, Tue 10, Sat 14 Oct (2-5).

Admission £5, children free. Home-made teas.
