Sea lovers assemble

On Saturday 23rd April at 1PM on the Worthing Seafront (opposite Windsor Road), Surfers Against Sewage and friends lead the protest against Southern Water. Joining forces with local water groups for a National Day of Action on water quality.

11 protests across the UK demanding action from water companies. Industry and government must put their words into action and deliver on their commitments to tackle sewage pollution, it’s up to local people to put the pressure on.

Music from Beans on Toast. Entertainment from comedy writer Lorelei Mathias. Talks from Green Party peer Baroness Jenny Jones, Hugo Tagholm (CEO of Surfers Against Sewage) and the Mayor of Worthing – with more to be announced.
