Discover some fascinating reptiles at RSPB Pulborough Brooks

Event Information

Reptile safari with special access

This is a wonderful opportunity to see some of Pulborough Brooks’ reptiles in their natural habitat. Your guide will take you to parts of the reserve visitors don’t normally have access to whilst you hunt for adders, grass snakes and slow worms, learn how to identify them and find out more about their behaviour.

Walks take place at 10.30 and finish around 11.30. To ensure the best chance of great views of our reptiles you’ll be in a small group. Rise early and experience the magic of the dawn chorus.

Arriving in the dark in hopes to hear the song of nightingales and enjoy the concert as other songsters add their voices to the choir. Your guide will lead you around the reserve to enjoy the performance and then you’ll return to the Visitor Centre for tea, coffee and a breakfast bap.
