Start time: 19:00 Pob Hotels Launches Seasoned to Perfection: Gravetye Manor in Sussex ‘Seasoned to Perfection’ is an initiative that not only showcases the rich and diverse food culture of the British Isles, but also provides guests with the opportunity to engage in extraordinary culinary experiences. This includes ‘Six Hand Dinners’, a new concept for 2024. Offered at PoB Hotels in extraordinary locations, each of the exclusive dining experiences will be led by the resident chef alongside two other visiting PoB Hotels chefs bringing the best of local produce from their own region. The third and final dinner will take place on Thursday 21st March 2024 at Gravetye Manor in Sussex. The event will showcase three fantastic Chefs: Executive Chef George Blogg (Gravetye Manor), Chef Director Aaron Patterson (Hambleton Hall) and Executive Chef Dominic Chapman (The Relais Henley) who will collaborate for an exquisite evening of dining. There will also be the opportunity to stay overnight and savour Gravetye’s magnificient gardens.
