Start time: 19:30 As dusk falls we’ll enjoy birdsong out on the RSPB reserve. We’ll begin with a short talk introducing you to birdsong and some of our special spring visitors. And as dusk falls we’ll enjoy birdsong out on the reserve as the Song Thrush, Blackbird and, if we’re lucky, the Nightingale perform their evening chorus. Your expert guides will also have bat detectors and will help you seek out other nocturnal wildlife. We’ll return to the RSPB Visitor Centre and enjoy a hot drink in the café before heading back out for a very short walk in the dark to listen out for our Nightingales singing into the night.
