Set in the middle of a working dairy farm, the garden has evolved over the last 30 yrs. Taking advantage of its sunny position on free draining greensand, the borders are full of sun loving plants and grasses with a more formal area surrounding the farmhouse (not open). Lovely views across the farm to Warminghurst from the orchard.

Open for the National Garden Scheme Thur 20, Sun 23 July (2-5.30). Thakeham Place Farm opens with another garden Cumberland House. Combined admission for both gardens £8, children free. Home-made teas.
