Music for Passiontide programme of works
Music for Passiontide will be performed at Holy Trinity Church, Cuckfield on Saturday 1st April at 7.30pm. The program will include works by Vivaldi, Corelli and the ‘Albinoni Adagio’. Soloists will be well-known baroque specialists, Elin Manahan Thomas and Olivia Bell. Martin Palmer directs the Sussex String Quartet and friends along with Holy Trinity’s own director of music, Richard Jenkinson on harpsichord/organ. The music offers an opportunity for reflection in this beautiful church at the start of Holy Week.
Interval refreshments will be available. Advance booking is advisable and offers a discount on ticket prices.
