Start time: 08:00 Men’s breakfast with Mark Sheard, CEO World Vision. Breakfasts, sponsored by Immanuel Church, provide an opportunity, open to all men, to join a fellowship, a breakfast of choice and to listen to an invited speaker. Feel free to invite friends, family members or neighbours. This month Mark Sheard, CEO of World Vision joins them. Mark became Chief Executive in 2020. He has been engaged with World Vision since 2007. Mark has enjoyed a career in advertising and marketing, creating a successful marketing communications businesses before merging it into a multinational group in 2000. In 2001, he founded the Whatnext? Consultancy to provide marketing and corporate development advice to commercial and ethical organisations. In 2017 Mark was appointed by Archbishop Justin Welby to the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England. He is members of his local church where Mark is a Licensed Lay Minister and has served in a variety of leadership roles.
