Join the New Road shop for an informal, lively evening with Neb Gusic, who will take you through 6 of the finest wines made at the Simčič winery, which straddles Italy and Slovenia.

Marjan is one of the best winemakers in Europe and was named ‘the best foreign winemaker of the year’ in 2021 by Italian newspaper Il Corriere della Sera.

The Simčič winery produces wines using the following grapes:

• Sauvignon Blanc
• Chardonnay
• Ribolla Gialla
• Pinot Grigio
• Merlot
• Pinot Noir

Following a welcome glass of fizz, you’ll taste a range of these wines which are consistently rated 95+ and the absolute best from this region: these wines feature on the wine list of The Dorchester, The Fat Duck and Furna. They’re typically only available to the restaurant trade – Brunswick is one of a select few Simčič Retail Ambassadors worldwide, so this is a rare opportunity to try and buy at retail prices.

There will be a discount on any Simčič products purchased on the night.
