Follow the journey of the Gruffalo’s Child through Wakehurst’s atmospheric woodland, discovering characters along the way, surprises around each corner and activities for all the family.
Included in day entry, children 16 and under go FREE.

Make a stick buddy
Learn crafting skills to make your very own stick buddy before embarking on the trail.

Creative cookery camp
Venture on an immersive journey through Wakehurst’s deep dark wood before returning to base camp for some cave building, hands-on nature art and outdoor cooking over a campfire.

Wakehurst and Kew member’s early opening
Get a head start on the Gruffalo’s Child half term fun with entry from 9am to 10am for Wakehurst and Kew members and a guest on selected dates.

Pre-booking entry to Wakehurst will be essential from 16 – 31 October.
